Terms of Service

Market With Joey LLC ("we", "us") provides social media content promotion and audience management services: we manage distribution of our clients' Instagram content to targeted audiences through direct outreach. By placing an order on this site you agree to these terms and to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. The service

Each campaign tier states the network segment your post is distributed to and the time window for that distribution. That distribution is the service you are buying. We do not sell likes, comments, followers, streams, or sales, and we do not guarantee any particular result. Any like, comment, or growth figures shown on this site are estimates based on previous outreach campaigns and are not a promise for your post. You may gain followers from a campaign, but because the audience is real people who decide for themselves, we do not guarantee any number of followers.

2. How outreach works

We send your post from our own accounts to members of our network of artists, producers, DJs, and creators. We never ask for your password and never log into your account. The people who receive and engage with your post are real members of our network, not purchased or fake accounts; whether and how they engage is up to them.

3. Your responsibilities

You confirm that the Instagram account and post you submit are yours, or that you are a manager, label, or representative ordering on the artist's behalf with their permission. Managers and agencies may order for multiple clients; each order is subject to these terms. You also confirm the content is public and does not contain anything illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may decline or cancel any order that does not meet these conditions and will refund it in full if outreach has not started.

4. Ordering, timing, and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are charged in full at checkout. Campaigns may start instantly after purchase and are moving within 1 hour; they run for the time window shown on the tier. Charges appear on your statement as MARKETWITHJOEY. If you have a problem with an order, contact us first at marketwithjoey@gmail.com or by DM to @joey.derosa on Instagram and we will resolve it within 24 hours; filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in refusal of future service.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these terms. In short: cancel BEFORE outreach starts for a full refund; once outreach has started it cannot be stopped and change-of-mind refunds are not available. If you believe your campaign did not run, contact us within 7 days of your order; we will check our records and, if it did not run, refund the order.

6. Instagram and third-party platforms

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta. Instagram's features, rules, and reach change over time and are outside our control. You are responsible for keeping your own account in good standing with Instagram's terms.

7. No guarantees and limitation of liability

The service is provided as described, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this site at the time of your order applies to that order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA.
