What you're buying. A promotion campaign: your post is distributed to the network segment and over the time window stated on the tier you chose. That distribution is the service. We do not sell or guarantee likes, comments, followers, streams or sales. Any like and comment ranges shown on our site are estimates based on previous outreach campaigns, not a promise for your post. Results depend on your content. You may gain followers from a campaign, but because the audience is real people who decide for themselves, we do not guarantee any number of followers.

Cancel BEFORE we start for a full refund. Campaigns can start instantly after purchase and are moving within 1 hour. If you contact us BEFORE outreach has started, we will cancel your order and refund it in full. Once outreach has started, this option is void, even if that happens minutes after you order.

Once outreach has started it cannot be stopped, because distribution begins immediately and cannot be recalled. Change-of-mind refunds are not available after that point.

If your campaign didn't run. If you believe your campaign did not run, contact us within 7 days of your order. We will check our records and, if it did not run, refund the order in full.

Wrong post or username. Message us right away. If we haven't started, we'll fix it or refund you.

How to request a refund. Email marketwithjoey@gmail.com or DM @joey.derosa on Instagram with your order number. We reply within 24 hours. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
